Greet guests and provide a professional first impression
Manage guest flow, seating, and wait lists
Assist with reservations and answer guest questions
Communicate with servers and managers to support smooth service
Maintain a clean, organized host stand / entrance area
Follow venue policies and hospitality standards
Customer service experience preferred (host/hostess experience is a plus)
Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
Reliable and punctual; able to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
Must pass a drug screen and background check
Shifts vary by location and event schedule (mornings, evenings, weekends)
You pick up shifts based on your availability
Once you accept a shift, you’re expected to arrive on time and complete the assignment
Dress requirements vary by venue. Many assignments require:
Black button-down / blouse
Black slacks
Black non-slip shoes
