AMMON Staffing is hiring internally for a Candidate Engagement Specialist (CES) to support our Healthcare and Commercial divisions. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, technology-driven, and interested in developing a career in staffing, scheduling, or operations.
As a CES, you’ll play a key role in coordinating employee schedules, ensuring onboarding is complete, and maintaining communication with healthcare facilities and job candidates. You will also help support recruiting efforts through community outreach, marketing activities, and social media posts.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule credentialed employees for healthcare and other assignments
Monitor and respond to scheduling requests or changes—including on-call support one weekend every 5 weeks
Guide new hires through onboarding, including Zenople support and credential collection
Maintain spreadsheets and tracking systems related to employee availability and placement
Assist with social media job promotion and outreach to community partners
Collaborate with Staffing Coordinators and Front Office daily to ensure timely placements
Identify and refer qualified candidates to Staffing Coordinators for open roles
Requirements:
Strong Excel and spreadsheet skills required
Comfort working with software, databases, and ATS platforms (Zenople experience a plus)
Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and professional phone/email etiquette
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing tasks
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work an on-call rotation every 5 weeks
