AMMON Staffing is recruiting an experienced Administrative Receptionist to join a well-established law firm in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. This front-desk position plays a key role in creating a professional first impression while supporting daily office operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and discretion when handling confidential information.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet clients, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and courtesy
• Answer and direct incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette
• Schedule appointments and manage attorney calendars
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
• Assist with administrative tasks such as document preparation, filing, and scanning
• Provide accurate information about the firm’s services while maintaining confidentiality
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a law firm environment (required)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and basic office equipment
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Professional appearance and demeanor
